For the sixth consecutive year, Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System?, a leading franchisor of commercial cleaning businesses, has been named one of the "50 Top Franchises for Minorities" by the National Minority Franchising Initiative (NMFI).
The NMFI considered hundreds of franchisors to determine the top companies. Rankings were based on a variety of considerations, including the number of operating units owned by minorities as well as the number of minorities in senior management earning more than $60,000 a year.?Coverall charted an 86% minority participation rate.
"We are honored to once again be recognized as a leading franchisor for minorities," said Jim Congrove, Coverall's Chief Operating Officer.?"We fully support a diverse group of Franchise Owners through extensive education and training, and we are committed to helping all of our entrepreneurs reach their business goals."
The?"Top 50" list, which appeared in the Oct. 12, 2012, issue of USA TODAY in the Franchising Today section, acknowledges franchisors who demonstrate a commitment to the recruitment, inclusion and on-going support of minorities.
