The Masterplan and Me: Walk To The Beach

Looking back on the blog and I realised that we had made a trip to London at a very similar time last year.?London and Late Nights?Only two days in it considering our Madam Tussauds trip Sunday just gone.

Agent S (Twinbo 1) decided to read up on America this morning. This has come on the back of her wanting to brush up on her overall Geographical knowledge. Sat at the table using the laptop she looked so resourceful and up to date with our times. Thanksgiving was her decided sub-topic and she even wrote some notes on paper. I wondered why her writing didn't look as tidy as it normally does but she informed me that she's practicing a style of joined up writing. OK then.

Twinbo 2 set about his History curriculum and I must say how mature his written answers appeared today.

Twinbo's 3 and 4 set about drawing family portraits followed by about 10 minutes of Lord of The Rings writing, a game of Dress Up Who on the laptop and then helping me with a few batches of Scones.

After lunch we took a fairly long walk to the other end of the beach front to see if our home ed friends were still there (they had planned a Beach picnic get together today), and they were. The largest group on the beach. A fairly quick social for us with toe dipping, card games and a chat and we made the walk back in anticipation of Twin Dad arriving home.

I made a fish pie (rather good I might add), marinaded some chicken for tomorrow and we all had a surge of tidying up before Twin Dad walked through the door.

It's all change again apparently.

The girls have dragged Daddy out for bike riding beach front fun, the eldest are Minecrafting and I've poured a vodka cranberry.
